On the Mail Toolbar, I would like to suggest moving the File>Recent> up one level and have the recently used folders list appear directly on the file list. This simplifies the task to one menu and is a cleaner look.

It would be possible to file a bug, requesting such an enhancement, but I am not sure it is worth it unless you are a coder yourself & willing to undertake the project.
