On the Mail Toolbar under File>Recent I would like to suggest that the "Recent" list appear directly on the "File" menu. This would simplify the layout for quick filing of email. See the attached mock-up.

I do not have an entry for file on my toolbar, nor an option to add one. Are you sure it is not an add-on?
