Trying to understand why Amazon has become unresponsive using Firefox. I am not experiencing this on Edge. I prefer Firefox and I am on Amazon a lot, so I would like to resolve the problem.

Are there any additional steps I can take to analyze/diagnose the problem?

You will need to provide proof of the issue. What is slow, getting to the site and or navigating?

Also try this option, but make sure you know the login info because this option removes everything about the site in Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-websites-address-bar-suggestions
