I have Windows 11 operating system on my Laptop, but when I order merchandise online via Paypal, I get notification stating my device was recognized and was using Windows 10! I don't understand why this is happening. How do I fix this?

I continually get error messages for webpages. I turn off my VPN, clear my history. Not sure what else I need to do. Last one was the webpage for Lindt Chocolate. Come on. Why am I getting error messages for this? I have been on this page before. There are other places also, like Macys. Getting fed up with Firefox.

Is there any way I can retrieve my bookmarks from old installation of Firefox? I lost my bookmarks due to fault on my PC. I have a new drive and have reinstalled Firefox on this one. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just recently I changed my privacy settings to take advantage of the privacy opt-out option for websites not to share my data or information. I went to my AMX credit card account and now every time I move to a new page the message, "Your Global Privacy Control opt-out signal has been honored" pops up and gets in the way of the information on the page. I am constantly having to click on the X in the corner to close the message box. Once would be enough for each main website. Having it pop up every time is absolutely annoying. I like having this option but if it's going to make me have to close the informational box every time I move to a new page or back to a former page, then I will have to undo the choice. The web designer who put this message text into the Firefox browser needs to find a way to only have it pop up once if they feel it is really necessary to tell me that they are blocking information from other companies. I really don't even need the first message just as long as it works behind the scenes. I hope someone gets web support to look into this issue. It's just so annoying.

Please remove and do not add any AI/ML features to Firefox, it's the only mainstream browser of this kind left, i was planning on buying some merch but I don't think this company deserves my money if it tries to make cash off me in an insidious way either way

Firefox browser does not open when I click on the short cup. Instead it opens 2 small windows, one is a website I visited previously and the other is Firefox settings. Why is this happening? I have Windows 10 on my computer but that should not have anything to do with the Firefox browser or search engine not opening. When it opened the small screen that only showed Firefox settings I clicked it to open in full screen and now there is no option to make the screen smaller or exit the Mozilla support page. And, now with this full screen I can't even do a screen shot to show you what I am talking about. Does anybody know what is going on with this?

Why is Firefox blocking my access to certain form fields such as User ID, Email Address entry and Security question prompts to web accounts I have, such as a Rumpke payment portal? It blockeed my access so I cannot so you now for invalid tries because I could not key into them and locked me out of my account- sorry.

I subscribe to MarketSurge, a stock data platform. It has run reliably on Firefox until last week. When I enter a stock symbol it brings up this error, and does not give the requested stock data from the MarketSurge live data platform. "[Autosuggest API Error] Failed to load info for symbol 'TTMI' ".

Has anyone seen that error before? Does it suggest a conflict within Firefox?

I have tried many things to troubleshoot and find the cause within Firefox, its settings and variations, and with Win 10. Nothing resolved. However, executing the Marketsurge platform in Chrome does not have a problem.

Background & Details: 1) Win 10 pc. with current updates. Firefox browser with current updates. 2)Firefox cache, history, and browsing deleted. Standard protection setting off. 3)Vpn off.

Hey everyone!

I just noticed that post FF's 150 update, I can no longer drag and drop folders into my DSM window. This has been a non issue for over 6 years and all of a sudden, poof. I did find that you can still to this on Safari, but long term, Mozilla and Synology need to address this. There's already a post on the Synology fourms about it and I've emailed their Support Team to see what they have to day. Posting this here in case anyone has found a workaround in the Config settings pane.

As described, firefox is entirely not working for any website. This happened after my computer crashed (hardware problem) and I restarted twice, but could be related to a firefox update that was waiting for me to restart.

Hello, I cannot open my browser. I did try Microsoft edge and that one worked....but I want my Firefox one! I did reset my modem. Can you help me please?
