Suddenly thunderbird will not accept emails from Yahoo. It use to. The email shows up with a line through it like it has been deleted and the message is blank. How do I fix it? Someone suggested looking at options to see if it's blocked but I cant find the option button

Does it also happen in Help > Troubleshoot Mode?

Please post a screen shot of the account with a line through it.
