I get this message when I try to go to Twitter from an incoming Twitter email -

This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Apps Settings page.

If this is a Chat account then Twitter has been removed. This is because Twitter changed or is the process of changing API. https://blog.twitter.com/developer/en_us/topics/tools/2020/introducing_new_twitter_api.html
