I tried the general troubleshooting steps on the "Server Not Found" support page, but none were effective.

Nice sunglasses.

You did not say what it is you tried already.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What are the exact error message(s) ?

What are the links you are having problems with? Are the links correct?

Are you trying to enter YouTude using a <dot>com link to the main website, or something else?

Hi. Pardon my late reply.

The error is: We can’t connect to the server at youtu.be. With steps to check internet connection and firewall, but my connection is okay and Firefox has long been allowed through my firewall since forever.

I went to this Firefox Support page: "Server Not Found"

I first read the Try Another Browser section. Neither Edge or Internet Explorer 11 were able to open these links. I'm running Firefox 70.0.1 and Windows 10 1903 on a personal desktop, no VPN, proxy or domain enabled.

Then moved on to No browsers can load websites. I followed the steps to remove and re-add Firefox.exe to the Windows Firewall. It still couldn't load a youtu.be link.

It happens with any shortened Youtube link (https://youtu.be) generated through the "Share" button under a Youtube video. I always access Youtube through youtube.com with no problems, but I've encountered this problem before with youtu.be links and disregarded it every time. So, this time I'm reporting it just to see if other people have this issue as well.

For example, Diablo 4 - Official Announcement Cinematic Trailer | Blizzcon 2019

Thank you

I tried youtu.be from America, and was sent to https://www.youtube.com/?feature=youtu.be

What is your location?
