It will not allow me to sign in.
After following all the instuctions and verifying my email it instucts me to go to settings and sign in but there is nowhere to sign in under settings????

You don't need to sign in to browsers on ios once the initial log-in to the device has been done.
Are you talking about logging into a Firefox account, this is unnecessary and offers nothing useful. Ignore it.

Unless you hoped to use Sync to transfer bookmarks or other data from a different installation of Firefox. Is that the issue?
