i can not access my e-mail

Cannot access server. I can see old emails but not update the inbox etc. Asks for password but even with the right password I cannot enter. Keeps asking for the password.

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.

This looks odd. Check with Tele2 about the correct server settings for IMAP. Presumably they do have a support website.

Once you obtained the correct settings please post them here.
