Firefox keeps changing my homepage to this.

That's annoying.

After you change your home page setting (How to set the home page), without exiting out of Firefox, can you test it by launching a new window (Ctrl+n)?

If that works, could you also test by using your desktop or taskbar icon to launch a new window?

Uninstalling Advanced System Care resolved the issue for me.
