The Dictionaries for Firefox are listed at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/language-tools/ https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-use-firefox-spell-checker#w_adding-dictionaries

The Language packs listed there are a way to change the UI language with one Firefox install.
