¿Qué me sugieren? Muchas gracias.

I only have one language layout installed = English Canadian. Within Windows 10, I've set it as primary anyway. I've tried a FireFox refresh, deleting all caches and cookies. I've uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled Firefox. yet this strange issue persists. I've tried everything I can think of even non-related items at this point. any ideas? As I mentioned this occurs only within FireFox on Windows 10.

For some reason all of a sudden Firefox doesn't register the correct inputs from my keyboard, i don't know if i accidentally changed a setting or what. No matter what letter, number, or symbol i press on my keyboard, no matter what text field on any website as long as its firefox, all it will output is a rotating set of " 1234567890-=qwertyuiop[]asdfghjkl;'`\zxcvbnm,./-+\ " in that order regardless of what key i press with the exception of functional keys which still work normally.

To be clear, what happens is for example i press the letter "t" once, the output says "q" i press "t" again it outputs "w" i press "t" again, this time it outputs "e" all the way down the line until i get back to i press "t" and get "q". It doesn't matter if i press a sequence of different letters all presses are registered as a "next letter" command and i get the next letter in the sequence output is always 1234567890-=qwertyuiop[]asdfghjkl;'`\zxcvbnm,./-+\

I tried starting Firefox in troubleshoot mode and it had the same issue, i looked through settings for some kind of accessibility or language option that i was unfamiliar with to see if i enabled something by mistake but i couldn't find anything. All other programs on my computer work normally, other internet browsers work normally, Firefox works normally as long as i don't have to type anything, but y'know, its kind of hard to use a program if you have to copy paste text out of a notepad document every time you want to search for something.

Suddenly when typing into Firefox to search or any other reason, the characters that are typed come up as random characters on the screen making using firefox impossible.

I went to uninstall but used the option to refresh/repair.......did not work.

This only happens in Firefox.

Did a deep virus scan and nothing came up.

Firefox recently updated to version 116.0 (64 bit) on my Win 10 PC desktop. Now all typing into Firefox is garbled and the letters I hit on my keyboard result in different letters in Firefox. Typing works properly in all other applications such as WORD and Microsoft Edge.

I saw that this is a known problem on one of the forum pages and that it is related to zone alarm's anti-keylogger, which I have installed. The posted solution was to disable the anti-keylogger which is not an acceptable solution since it undermines security. Disabling a security feature because of a bug that appeared in a recently updated Firefox should not even be suggested as an acceptable solution- fix the BUG!

I have used Firefox for years and want to keep using it but until this is fixed I have to use Microsoft Edge. This appears to be related to the recent update to version 116. How can I return to a prior version which I know worked? Also, when will this bug be fixed so I can return to using Firefox?

Thank you

With the latest update to Firefox (116.0.1) typing anything in the search bar looks as though my keyboard is mapped to everything - every keypress does something different. This only affects Firefox, no other program behaves this way (Word, Excel, Discord, etc.).

Currently running Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 7 1800, DDR4 RAM, Malwarebytes, and ZoneAlarm Extreme Security version: 15.8.139.18543. Had to revert back to Firefox 113 to type this via downloading it via Edge.
