I still have not had any improvement with tab crashes especially on sites containing videos. Lately, every time i go on Facebook and play a video reel, i stop the video and before i can return to my home page, the tab crashes. This browser has gotten worse rather than improving.

Why is Firefox no longer available for download in the T-Store, and how will this impact my ability to manage my WordPress website on mobile?

Message is: Media could not be loaded, either because server or network failed or because format is not supported.

I see this is a known bug but this bookmark sidebar has suddenly started to appear on my desktop when ever I open Firefox and there seems to be no understandable method to turn it off although there are several arcane techniques that require me to go to weird places and change the names of files. No indication of what the unintended consequences of that might be. Is this something you can fix? Will the next update. This is really frustrating. Help please. So to be sure, I do not consider the challenge of getting into the pants of a program to fix a bug to be fun, exciting, interesting, etc. This is a tool and my browser is acting up. That is a pain in the butt not an adventure.

Started receiving pop ups stating virus attack from Mozilla and via cq5g6mojubcc7385jauo.deviceconnectnetwork from Mozilla showing McAffee, Critical Virus Alert, Virus attack. Receive 3 at time and I can't see the right side of my scree and I need to. Is this malware and if so how do I remove it fast? Thank you.

I have turned on the "Show a touch keyboard when necessary" option, but in my tests, all software and browsers (Chrome, edge, Steam, etc.) are able to call up the touch keyboard properly, except Firefox

I have a new computer with windows 11 and eset. eset used to open my browser to specif bookmarks for my banks and brokerage accounts. but not now. what is wrong. 127.0.2 and eset 17.2.7.0

I log into my bank account. I can see and control my checking and savings pages normally. When I click on my credit card page all I get is a blank page with the message "Working on it" it worked fine but opened a little slow prior to 127.01 or 127.0. I'm not sure which version it started failing in. However, it all works fine in Brave as does YouTube. I don't want to switch browsers or have multiple browsers and I would prefer one that doesn't depend on Google but I also need to be able to depend on it. I am running win 11 on my new computer but my old computer and laptop are win 10 with Firefox 127.02 and my bank account sight works fine. The only problem is the YouTube problem and that's across all of my computers.

For some time now my Firefox browser is crashing while I use it. Then a loop starts where a window appear with buttons offering to Restart or Close Firefox but whichever I choose it takes several sets of open/crash to stabilize when in the end if offers to either open it again, or refresh Firefox. I don't wan to refresh because I have tens of tabs that I want to save. But I can't because OneTab, along with all other extensions, is being disabled after the restarts.

My old 'Legion' laptop had my (I'd guess) open tabs history from late June! I now have a new laptop, and I logged into Firefox, and didn't see all history from June. I need those 'previous' sessions... Where are They??

I subscribed to an educational series that includes several kinds of presentation, including MP3, PDF, and video. The videos do not work. Not at all. I was directed to try a different browser, which I did: microsoft edge. The videos play using that browser.

I MUCH prefer to use Firefox -- do not like anything microsoft, but here we are, trapped in bill gates' monopoly.

I looked at "settings" but was not able to see anything there I thought would allow these videos to play in firefox. Be advised, I am NOT a computer person, so anything you might suggest, please be very literal, specific and define any acronyms -- do not assume I know anything about this stuff, because I don't -- I do not speak computer.

Again, I MUCH prefer to use firefox so I am hoping you can help me to watch these videos in firefox. The website is Goodness Lover (weird name, I know) it deals with diet, microbiome research etc.

I'm old, so having the "header" in my Private Search bar be in dark mode is very difficult. I've done searches on the subject and noted there are other people with visual challenges with the same issue.

I tried to go to Settings to change it, but it wouldn't let me change from "automatic" to "light mode". It was blocked!

Please help as I really, really prefer to do private searches for items relating to my medical issued. It is tough enough to be old, I don't need the whole internet gawking at searches for adult diapers, etc.

This seems to be caused by Firefox. I don't have this problem with Edge, Chrome or Opera

Hi there! How can I delete the "go back one page shortcut"? Every time I side-scroll while holding option I go back and this is interfering with another web-app.

So, I've switched to Firefox as my main browser (I was using it before, but as a secondary option) and I've spotted this native extension called Pocket.

When I pressed it, I was on YouTube Music already, so it automatically saved that url. Now, the reason of contacting support is more of concern than anything. When I pressed it, a weird message has been attached to it, so I am wondering why, as it is confusing to say the least. I've attached a screenshot with the saves, which also has the weird message and YouTube for comparison next to it.

When Firefox opens up the address is typed in at top left in small print. The center bar is there, open, but if you click on it, while the cursor blinks, when you type in an address nothing appears as it does with Google Chrome which we have replaced with Firefox. My wife finds the top left print too small and wants me to go back to Google Chrome where she can read what she has entered. I cannot find anything, anywhere which will allow her to do this. We use Thunderbird and have made a few donations over the years. Hope you can help.

Toggling the left Shift key opens and closes the bookmarks tab on the left side of screen. Its very annoying when wanting typing capitals. Also the left Alt button opens the media player. Both these started doing so by themselves. The right buttons of these keys operate as normal. How to turn these off.
