Tools, Options, Security Tab: Missing Option
To be specific and as an example: When accessing Tools, Options, Security Tab, a supposed link/box to click upon is supposed to be seen which states (paraphrased): click box to allow websites...(have forgotten exact language), but it the subject is in response to a "fix" for turned off cookies, etc. Any recognition? Hope so!

Is this about cookies?
To see all History and Cookie settings, choose:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
Thanks for your response. Helpful? Yes and no. In theory it is about Cookies, in particular reference to receiving alerts that my cookies are disabled, which happens quite frequently. In response to articles on how to enable cookies, I am therefore faced with nothing presented on the Privacy screen to enable the same.
The reason I wrote that seemingly an alternative option is missing, is that I have witnessed Privacy Screenshots that are different in appearance in that they reflected a forth option to "allow all websites cookies."
I hope clarifies my original posting; the content of my question was not intended to reference tracking settings in anyway whatsoever.
P.S. To the forum moderators: It would be a great addition if one were able to not only preview a reply prior to posting, but in addition an Edit function made possible.

Firefox has a setting to allow third-party cookies for visited sites.
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
You can set the Boolean pref network.cookie.thirdparty.sessionOnly to true on the about:config page to have third-party cookies act as session cookies that expire automatically when you close Firefox.
