What's going on with FoxTabs? All I get is a blue screen.

For the past two weeks, when opening a new tab, my foxtabs screen is completely blue and does not show any of my top sites. How can this be fixed?

Hello,

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information.
Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions and some Preferences.

  • Open websites will not be saved in Firefox versions lower than 25.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Thanks but that didn't help. That wiped out all of my add ons. Even downloading FoxTabs again didn't correct the issue. Appreciate the help.

hello, there is a new version available at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/foxtab/versions/ which apparently fixes an issue with the latest release of the flash plugin.

first u check ur firefox version. and the go to mozilla.org and update ur firefox browser.

if ur firefox is updated version then 1. go to firefox tab . 2. click on help ->trouble shooting information. 3. reset ur browser . ur problem is solved
