I am receiving e-mails but the images within the text are showing up as boxes with the following: "Linked images cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed or deleted. Verify the link points to the correct file and location." The sender suggested the question.

Is it just Firefox? Have you tried Win IE or another web browser to see if the problem is there also? Normally, when you see that type of error message, it means that link in the message is incorrect, or the page, web-site, connection or something else is wrong.

Thank you for the help. By changing to Internet Explorer, the pages/images opened. However, I prefer to make Firefox my default browser. This e-mail was not the only one that failed to open parts with Firefox.

All I can say at this point is use IE, or try Microsoft Live Mail program. Also, see if you find anything useful at Mozilla Add-ons Web Page.
