how does adengage, advertserve, aggregateknowledge, casalemedia,goclick change my settings in Spyblaster only in Mozilla?

I use SpyBlaster to stop ad/tracking cookies. The above sites are blocked on Mozilla until I run Mozilla. They are then no longer blocked. This only happens in Mozilla. I reset SpyBlaster and the next time I run Mozilla they are changed to allow tracking.

How are you blocking the sites in Firefox? Are you manually creating site-by-site exceptions or are you using an add-on (such as one of the TACO add-ons) to create exceptions?
