We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash ID's to help us learn more about your crash.
- Enter about:crashes in the address bar (that's where you enter your website URL) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.
- Copy the 5 most recent crash ID's that you see in the crash report window and paste them into your response here.

Does the current Firefox 25.0 release crash as well?
You can find the full version of the latest Firefox 25.0 release in all languages and for all Operating Systems here:
You need to create a separate profile for that version, see:
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
Hello, can you please confirm if the latest stable release, Firefox 25.0 is also crashing on your machine. Knowing that will help in troubleshooting whether the issue is specific to the FF 26.0 version.
And if so, it will be very helpful if you can recollect what you were doing when the browser crashed so that we can try to recreate the issue to find the root cause.
