repairing problems with flash player
I'm having difficulty with my computer, and they seem to revolve around flash player. I was told to disable protect mode within flash player. Frankly, not sure I accomplished the procedure, but my system is still not running correctly. I asked the question: how can I make sure my system is running in non protect mode, or protect mode=0. I do have limited self help skill; as do many who are having computer problems, and therefore it is easy to get screwed up trying to execute the repair commands. While the help I get from firefox is much appreciated, and is convenient to access, the instructions seem to believe most people have advanced computer skills. And frankly most don't. Having that all that, how can I see is I'm running in protect=0 in a simplistic and basic way? I also mentioned I keep getting the error message scrip has stopped or is running slowly constantly. I have tried resetting firefox and that did no help and also running in safe mode did not help the crashes. That's when I was told to see if I was running in protect mode=0, because evidently if I wasn't, that could be causing the crashes. Can someone help? Thank you.
