A couple weeks ago I installed Comodo Firewall and quickly uninstalled it. I now find it has Hijacked the navigation ( not the search field but the navigation side) bars search default program. I have reset FF 21.0 that didn't work it still uses the Comodo search. I found an ran the default search reset program it also didn't work. What else can I try?

Chosen solution

If you've used the Reset Firefox feature, then Firefox's search settings are at their defaults, unless there's a malicious program altering the settings as soon as new Firefox profiles are created.

1. Check your DNS settings for both IPv4 and IPv6. If they're set to something other than Automatic, compare the values with Comodo SecureDNS.
Do not modify these settings without first writing down the original values; your ISP may require particular addresses to be specified rather than using the Automatic setting.

2. If you have a router, also check its settings. Refer to your router's manual for details.

3. If the problem persists, post on the Comodo forums for help.

Nice Call, after first getting a step ladder to understand what you said in the post.. I am a Novice and the info involved, is lets say, a little over my head. I followed the directions exactly and on isp4 nothing looked out of place. However on isp6 it did have a specified server. I checked the box to use automatic and that did the trick. (funny I missed the part about write the id numbers down ( but I thought that would be a good idea anyway so I did write them down) until I got back in here to advise you on the outcome. THANKS for the help !!
