Are you asking about doing a Reset in Firefox, and trying to use the instructions for IE?

In Firefox use Help > Troubleshooting Information - Reset button is upper-right (if you are using the default Profile)

It probably would be a good idea to describe your toolbar problem in more detail so we can recommend a specific remedy. Here's why: there are two ways to reset your Firefox toolbars to their default buttons; there are multiple ways to disable or remove add-on toolbars that don't involve resetting your other toolbar customizations; and there is a full Firefox reset, which could do all of those in one step, but might require you to reinstall a bunch of add-ons unnecessarily.
