I have Windows 8. When I start up a session of Mozilla and then end it, I cannot start Mozilla again without restarting my pc. What is the issue?

Posted

I had Mozilla on my last pc without incident. What is different about Windows 8 that causes Mozilla to not work in additional sessions?

while firefox is running go to the firefox button > help > troubleshooting information - there you can reset firefox (like it is described in the article, i've linked to above).
