I've enlarged a copy of a tab by 5x nearest neighbor for clarity: http://i.imgur.com/ONGSYT9.png

What is causing that line to be generated for an inactive tab? Is there any css to get rid of it? I would like to avoid

   #TabsToolbar { margin-bottom: -1px !important; }

fix, because that just hides the issue, which will manifest itself in taboverflow/windowed mode.

Thank you.
