First, please update your version of Firefox to 18.0.2 Update Firefox to the latest release.

Then, to flag an email, this is something you have to find out from your webmail provider, as it's different for each (gmail, aol, yahoo, etc.) Firefox is a web browser and has nothing to do with your webmail.
