Hi, A website I visit daily for work has given me the following message the past several days

"Error replacing HTML, element not found: btiProfileWindow [Enable debugging by adding 'cfdebug' to your URL parameters to see more information]"

My colleague has switched to Safari and it works for him, however I like Firefox and prefer to stay. Any suggestions for a fix?

Thanks! Tony

I played around on the website for a minute and didn't see the message pop up. Can you try the steps at Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should and let me know if they help?

Thanks. I will give it a try.

The website provides resumes for review. So I will see a list of names and when I click on one a word.doc or pdf will open. However instead of the document opening as it has in the past I know get the message I pasted above.

The resumes are posted confidentially, so I log in to review them.
