Your promo for a future product of yours has created an audio that I can't get off my mac mini - help!
When I try to contact other web sites I continue to get your future product's narrative promo audio and it continues with all other web sites connected -- it's very distracting. I have deleted it from the original email and my downloads but it still persists. It has not made me a great fan of firefox or your future product. Please help me delete this very annoying background audio. J. Thomas Reeve

I don't think would be a promo for anything from Firefox, I'm not aware of any audio that would be playing in the background. Try to read and follow the directions in the following articles:
Did you check the home page setting?

You can also try to delete the sessionstore.js file and possible sessionstore-##.js files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).
