I tend not to use Windows, and probably can not help if it is a Windows crash and problem. What is needed for Firefox purposes is the Firefox Crash ID as explained in the article
That should be available from visiting about:crashes whilst Firefox is running There are alternative methods as explained in the above linked article if Firefox will not run.
Is it only Firefox that crashes or are otter applications also crashing, if so you are probably best sorting that out first. Your system information aside shows a Firefox 16 UAS, are you using Firefox still ? and is this on the problem machine or on another ?
P.S.
A simple uninstall and reinstall of Firefox often does not help with Firefox crashing.

Thank you for your reply. Only firefox crashes. Because firefox is not running in the installation i can you not give a crash ID.
If you can't open Firefox then see:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe mode:
- On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut
- On Mac, hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
- Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
- use a desktop shortcut with the -safe-mode command line switch

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox if you can start in Safe mode.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

It is not possible for me to start firefox because the firefox executable firefox.exe is not present in the Mozilla folder.
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before reinstalling a fresh copy of Firefox.
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Installation_directory
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
- Firefox 16.0.x: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible, to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
- Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you will also lose your personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
