Has anyone had issues with Firefox 13.1 while scrolling web pages

While scrolling most but not all internet page words get jumpy and blurred. This same thing happened on version 13. I had no problems with 12 or ones before it.

Chosen solution

Someone decided to switch on "smooth scrolling" in Firefox 13, and that could be the problem. Try turning it off here:

orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use smooth scrolling"

You might need to restart Firefox for this to take full effect. Does it help?

jscher2000, Thanks so much for such a fast reply. I made the change you suggested which works great. Looking forward to one day possibly helping someone myself.
