I'm not sure what your problem is.

Do you have a problem with the Inspector (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer > Inspect) that shows on your first image?

I see that the 3D View button is missing in the inspector and that is caused by not supporting WebGL on your computer.
You can check the Graphics section on the Help > Troubleshooting Information for information.

yes. i have a problem with Inspect. look out a second image. Why Inspect not close a properly? but it remains a wide-cent-sized hole on the page. is repeated in each tabs. Is this webGL bug?

Each time you use that feature, I have to close down the browser and restart it again. That the browser uses the whole screen, instead of leaving empty holes in the bottom. (see second image.)

Does it help if you disable hardware acceleration?

Sorry, on Linux use Edit > Preferences > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
