Dear Mozilla Forum,
after an upgrade to Firefox version 11.0, Beatport's player doesn't load at all. Even tabs of "genders" won't work. -My computer is a Mac Mini mid 2010 -OS Lion 10.7.3 -Proc: 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo -Ram: 8 GB
If I open Safari, Beatport site's all right.
I tested Beatport on my second computer, which runs Linux Ubuntu and Firefox 11.0, and site player doesn't work, too.
I've already cleaned the cache and updated Flashplayer.

Hi,
Please check if this happens in a new profile. If the new profile is okay, you can later copy the needed personal data from the old profile. Firefox stores your personal data and settings in another location (profile folder) separate from its files/folder. A new profile would have the default Firefox settings in Tools (Alt + T) > Options and about:config, and usually would also be empty of Extensions and themes (Appearance) in Tools > Add-ons, and their settings. Also, a new profile would have no previous stored website cache/cookies/data/preferences etc., (Tools > Clear Recent History).
hey i have the same problem but i use windows xp and firefox v12
the page loads but the player is never shown! i tried with new profile but it got worse, the page its now messed up, like layers of letter pilling up and no pictures
Thank you Souza! I just wanted to say that even with Firefox 12 that player bar doesn't work at all. Bye ;-)
I had this problem with Beatport as well and fixed the problem. It was actually the Flash Player settings. See link below in how to modify your local Flash settings:

Somehow in the "Global Storage Settings", the checkbox "Allow sites to save information on this computer" was unchecked, which prevented a bunch of web sites to not work properly on my machine, including Beatport. After checking this, everything start to work fine.
