why can I not access the scroll up arrow or anything in that upper region of the screen with my cursor. I dont have that problem if I use internet explorer.

Recently, the Yahoo Toolbar and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause that problem. They seem to overlap invisibly over the top of the web page display. If you have either or both, uninstall or disable them/it, or see if an update is available that solves the problem.

Thank you jack! I eliminated the Yahoo extension and Babylon tool bars and now i have access to the upper tier of the pages where the "sign out" buttons and other important stuff is. This I did in "Troubleshooting Themes and Extensions" Thank you again, Don
