the adobe flash crash but i dont find anyway to send a report this is not first time

I`m using my hot mail to send some photos and it keeps saying adobe has crash and i cant send them. when i biging again then it said cant connect w.my hot mail and i bigin reconect, again begin to upload photos and it crash again and so on, so on
