when my Windows7 os system used ie8 I could copy or inventory items with pictures from our website into a word document. Once I upgraded to IE9, this no longer works within Firefox or IE9 It worked in both places before I upgraded. When this first happened I uninstalled IE9 and went back to IE8. eveything was OK. I have been using Firefox for sometime now, and when I realized I was downloading my pictures in Firefox, I thought I would upgrade to IE9, as the auto update always wanted me too. So I let the upgrade happen, and lo and behold, Firefox or IE9 will not allow me to copy the website content (Highlight - Copy ) Open word and Paste to get my inventory with pictures.
