When I uninstalled Firefox Nightly, why did it remove all of my bookmarks and plugins for Firefox itself? I didn't tell it to remove such features.

Chosen solution

If you selected the option to "Remove my Nightly personal data and customizations" when uninstalling the Nightly version, you deleted all your Firefox Profiles.

That is frustrating. I assume that is what happen, but I wish it would have warned me that they pulled from the same file location. I still use Firefox and would loved to have kept those files. Oh well. Thanks the-edmeister.

You can try if you can recover that deleted profile or at least a JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder with an undelete utility like Recuva
