When I open Firefox to access the WWW, the firefox page is displaced a quarter of the screen to the right, leaving the left quarter of the screen blank grey. This means that I can't access the scroll bar. Anti virus etc is up to date and scans say no problems. Firefox works OK in safe mode. IE works OK.

This issue can be caused by the Babylon Toolbar extension

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
