Youtube videos will not open on my Mac, which is running 0s 10.7 Lion. I have no problems viewing Youtube on Safari. I converted to Lion a few weeks ago.

kingp1ng: I had both Easy Youtube Video Downloader and NewTabKing. Both stopped working. Uninstalled both. Problem fixed.

ice792: Try Video DownloadHelper 4.9.4 Really easy to use, you´ll get used to it quickly.

Check and tell if its working.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, removing the Youtube downloader add-ons did not solve the problem. Something is blocking the videos from running on Firefox, but I have no similar problem with Safari. The network and encryption settings appear to be the same on both browsers.
