Try pressing CTRL+0 (that's a Zero not a capital "O") just in case the page is zoomed out.

You can also hold down the CTRL key while you move the mousewheel backwards and forwards.

I notice too that your Flash player is seriously out of date which potentially exposes your system to attack. See this Adobe security advisory: http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb11-18.html

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
