This is the only reference I have ever seen, but it is very incomplete. It can be confusing with SeaMonkey-only prefs in there, and it hasn't been completely updated in many years - missing a lot of newer prefs.

There is also info in the Firefox preferences files (open via the location bar):

  • resource:///defaults/pref/firefox.js
  • resource:///greprefs.js
