How can I permanently disable Remember Passwords? When I click to uncheck the box and then click OK, the box remains checked.

Do you have any "password" or "login" management Add-ons installed, like maybe part of an external Security application?

Similar problem posted earlier today - https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/835049

I think this was the problem for that user.
A DELL add-on for facial recognition.

Maybe this extension he had listed??

Thanks.Dell's FastAccess was added to the list of Firefox Add-Ons. I had no idea it was even there. When I disabled it, the problem was solved. Thanks again.
