Recently updated to 4.0.1 and my Toolbars keep appearing above my Navigation Bar everytime my Personas changes. Anyone else with the same problem?

Everything is fine when I start up, but whenever I sign-in to Personas and it changes the Toolbars move above the Navigation Bar and dosen't correct unless I close the browser and restart it. Any help here?
