can someone PLEASE tell me how I can get my old look firefox before this stupid update made it look wierd. I need a solution that I wont have to upkeep as I'm not computer savy. Sorry if this question is in wrong spot. Thanks in advance.

If you right-click next to the "+" (new tab) button, or in a blank space after the address bar, you can choose:
Menu Bar (turn on) Tabs on top (turn off)
Does that get you where you want to be? If not, please be more specific about what's missing.
HI thanks for replying, no it doesnt ..I am missing colours etc. just the whole ascetic look of the firefox window pre this plain jane update. Its been a while since it changed but its taken me this long to find somewhere to ask for help.
Can you attach a screenshot?
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
