Firefrox freezing unless the mouse is moving
Is there a plan to fix Firefrox freezing unless the mouse is moving? I uninstalled and reinstalled Flash to fix the problem a few days ago, but it's happening again.
Personally, I wish there was an alternative to Flash, I have multiple problems with Adobe, but Flash is a requirement to surf the Web.
All the Google links that point to this question on the Firefox Support Forum are dead ends.

It's happening again.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
See:
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
- Use "Disable all add-ons" on the Safe mode start window to disable all extensions.
- Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")
Restarting Firefox now fixes the problem for a while. If this is going to happen, how will I troubleshoot? I didn't upgrade to the new FF, as my Add-ons are not supported yet. I'm only running FlashGot, FDM, IE View Lite, and Java Console. Which of these are known to cause this problem?
