Loudmouth keeps hijacking my pages with unwanted ads and I can't delete it.

I'm running windows XP and browse with Firefox 3.6.12. I keep getting ads powered by Loudmouth taking over my pages and it's driving me mad. I tried removing it using control panel, but couldn't, and now it doesn't even show up there.

I have tried installing Spyware Doctor but that hasn't helped.
