Hi Sumati, can you describe the circumstances leading up to the data loss? For example:

  • Firefox reported that it needed to create a new profile
  • Firefox suggested a Reset/Tune-up (Refresh feature)
  • Firefox crashed very severely
  • You performed a Windows 10 Repair or Reset
  • Hard drive died
  • Something else
