Looks like someone/something cleared your HTTP cookies. For beginners, HTTP cookies are small text files stored on your computer that store information like user preferences, marketing data and session tokens. You can think of session tokens like movie tickets, which allow you to view a movie. Similarly, session tokens allow you to access your user account on websites. Session tokens are stored in cookies, so this may explain why you are unable to log in to your email, as they are part of cookies and they have been cleared with other cookies. It's not a major problem. Simply click 'sign in' if you have already created an account. If not, click 'sign up'. Go through the procedure as normal. If you have forgotten your username, certain sites have a service where you can get back in should you forget it. Not all of them have, though-so if you've forgotten it, I'm afraid I can't do much to help. If you have forgotten your password, though, simply click 'Forgot password' and follow the instructions on-screen.
