get only blank screen for specific address - can get with google chrome

Everytime I try to access myAir.resmed.com I get a blank screen. When I do it with google chrome it works. Something set wrong in settings but can't find it.

I also get a blank page, but let me turn off Ghostery and see what happens. see screenshot It works with Ghostery off. see screenshot

Have you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search

That page is build entirely via JavaScript, so if it appears blank then make sure you aren't blocking JavaScript.
