Youtube reloading problem

Newest update is causing some kind of issue with youtube not resolved by clearing cache/history, disabling plugins etc. This problem only exists for youtube, and only on this browser. New windows do not help.

Trying to go to youtube results in a rapidly refreshing page. Elements of the page will start to load like normal, and then the page will immediately refresh. This continues without end. It is effectively inaccessible on this browser as is.
