I want to uninstall Firefox but it tells me to close it first; how?

I found there was little support for Firefox, so I want to uninstall Fire fox. But, it (windows 10) want me to close Firefox first. How can I do that?

Use the Quit or Exit command in the menu or the keyboard shortcut to quit.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode possibly with network support to see if that allows to uninstall Firefox.
