Google Drive isn't a firefox software - if Addon you should just remove the Addon but if this isn't part of Firefox then you need to check with Google Drive support about this uninstall issue.

Just look in the taskmanager for the google drive process and kill it. It should look something like the screenshot. It may be an old pic, but you get the picture... I hope.  ;-))
