Today my 102.0.1 has disappeared. TB has worked for me for decades including now on 102.0.1 which is the latest version. I've downloaded 102.0.1 again but still doesn't show up.

Oops I omitted saying that my MAIL MERGE has disappeared....

It may be that mailmerge is an addon and you may not have updated it for 102.0.1. Please check that and let us know because it does work with that version. The current version is 9.0.5.

From the moment I downloaded TB 102.0.1 sometime earlier this year, the Mail Merge/MM functioned fine. It was only these past days, maybe beginning Saturday, July 11, that MM disappeared. So following some of the possible solutions I downloaded TB 102.0.1 again, actually I ended up downloading several copies when one wouldn't have MM. Under the file link still there is no MM choice. There is a "send unsent messages" link that is not working.

So if MM is an addon where do I get it to "update" as you suggest?

Thank you so much. I have used TB for decades now and it has been a wonderful service!

If not installed, click Tools>addons and look for Mail Merge there. If it is there and disabled, you can click the icon by it to update. If not there, enter mail merge in the search area.
